Influencer Associate Partner (always on role)
Influencer & Creator Management Associate (Talent Pool & Future Opportunities)
Overview
Please note: This is an "Always On" rolling vacancy. We are continuously looking to connect with brilliant talent to build our pipeline for future opportunities. While we may not have an immediate live opening today, we are actively reviewing applications to identify the right people for when our team expands.
We’re looking for an Influencer & Creator Management Associate to lead and grow the influencer and creator proposition for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, creator-first strategies that deliver impact across paid and organic channels. With a deep understanding of influencer marketing, content performance, and creator partnerships, you’ll work at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce to help brands drive fame, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
This is a pivotal role in our Social & Influencer team, where you’ll work closely with creative, paid media, PR, content, and client teams to deliver integrated work. From strategy and sourcing to contracting, approvals, content delivery, and reporting, you’ll own the end-to-end management of creator campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll report into the Social & Influencer Partner and collaborate with our design studio, client services, and project teams.
Role Responsibilities
Campaign Delivery: Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of influencer and creator campaigns, from strategy and sourcing through to approvals, content delivery, amplification, and reporting.

Commercials & Contracts: Negotiate and manage creator contracts, budgets, and approvals in collaboration with legal and client teams.
Strategy & Insight: Develop and pitch creator-first content strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand tone, and campaign objectives. Identify the right creators based on audience insights, cultural alignment, and performance history across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with paid social and creative teams to integrate creator content into paid amplification strategies, delivering performance-driven outcomes.
Trend Spotting: Stay on top of platform trends, creator culture, and internet moments to proactively surface creative opportunities and talent recommendations.
Scalability: Work with the Social & Influencer Partner to develop scalable creator-led campaign frameworks and reusable models across clients.
Reporting: Contribute to influencer/creator reporting, analysing performance across metrics like engagement, reach, conversions, and sentiment.
Creative Direction: Guide creators through the briefing, creative direction, and feedback process, ensuring high-quality output and brand-safe delivery.
Project Management: Manage content calendars and timelines for creator-led campaigns across clients.
Agency Ambition: Support the agency’s ambition of delivering communications that are culturally relevant, performance-led, and creatively brave.
