  • The Paid Search Partner is responsible for leading a team for a group of clients, developing our product and ensuring that those clients have the best experience of our proposition.

    Partner:

    A Partner is a senior position within the Company. They will be a self-sufficient, proactive, effective leader. An expert in their area, they will always be thinking outside the box and ways to progress and move forward. They will focus on Client Leadership, Satisfaction and Quality Assurance. A Partner will have a strategic, commercial and/or operational focus and will take ownership and responsibility for a Pod, Channel or Function.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Ownership and leadership of integrated Paid Search strategy and delivery for a set of clients.
    • Development of your team, client relationships and partner relationships.
    • Contribute to the development of our Paid Search capabilities to be market leading and
      integrated with the rest of the business.
    • Be accountable for best in class delivery and quality of Paid Search activity for a set of clients.

    • Up to date industry knowledge.
    • Expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Amazon Ads.

  • The Paid Social Junior Partner is responsible for supporting their team in planning and developing Paid Social activity for a client or group of clients, helping to develop our Paid Social product, and contributing proactively to their knowledge and skill development.

    A Junior Partner is a supporting role, assisting and learning from the Partners and Associate Partners. They will be motivated to learn and develop in their function. A Junior Partner will mainly support the department and other client facing roles and focus on the day to day administrative tasks.

    Role Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the development of your team, client relationships, and partner relationships.
    • Contribute to the development of our Paid Social Media capabilities to be market-leading and
      integrated with the rest of the business.
    • Support the best-in-class delivery and quality of paid social media activity for a set of clients.
    • Support client roadmap development and adherence for paid social media campaigns.
    • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to make paid social media more effective.
    • Manage paid social media financial reporting and budget management for your clients.

    Skills & Experience Required

    • 1.5+ years of paid social media experience.

    • Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks at the same time.

    Must Have:

    • Proactive and inquisitive attitude.
    • Some hands-on experience in paid social media, with a basic understanding of best practices,

  • From setup and optimisation to testing, analysis and integration across platforms, you’ll deliver smart, effective Paid Social campaigns that perform.

    Working closely with partners and cross-functional teams, you’ll lead day-to-day delivery across Meta and other key platforms, manage client communication and push performance forward through clear planning and sharp execution.

    What you’ll bring

    • Deep hands-on experience across Meta and platforms like TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Snapchat
    • Confidence in CAPI, feed setups and paid social analytics
    • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • The ability to manage multiple accounts, build strong client relationships and communicate performance clearly
  • You’ll take the lead on day-to-day delivery across programmatically deployed media, from Audio and Display to Video, CTV and DOOH.

    Working across multiple platforms and clients, you’ll manage planning, optimisation and reporting with confidence, helping shape campaigns that are integrated, effective and built for scale.

    What you’ll bring

    • Hands-on experience across DV360, Teads, Amazon DSP and similar platforms
    • A strong grasp of AV media strategy, campaign performance and trading best practice

  • Overview:

    The Content & Community Management Associate is responsible for thinking and planning how to engage with our individual client communities, and is pivotal for the success of the growth of brand accounts. We are looking for social natives who are natural born creators which means you are able to come up with the idea, shoot it (on your phone or other equipment) and edit your work.

    You will play an integral role in shaping our client’s online presence, managing social media accounts, creating compelling content and nurturing online communities. This multifaceted role involves collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to drive our clients brand's success. You will report to the Creative Strategy Partner and work closely with our marketing, social media, client services, and projects teams.

    Associate Partner:


    An Associate Partner is a supporting position within a team and will be the bridge between Client and Partner. An Associate will focus on channel analysis and optimisation.

    They will be a self-sufficient, proactive person who will support the partner on the strategy of the function and client goals. An Associate Partner will be client facing and have an overall focus for the performance responsibility for a Client, Channel or Function.

    Role Responsibilities

    Work with the Senior Partner to set the strategy and deliver strong community management and growth of brand accounts.

    Working hand in hand with the full social team to find scaled opportunities to create brand fame, informed by social intelligence and audience understanding

    Working hand in hand with influencer team to find scaled opportunities for creator and influencer markets

    Manage conversation for a number of clients who offer a range of services to consumers

    Schedule approved content, optimising for the best frequency.

    Reporting and optimisation of content.

    Channel development and management.

    Identify content in line with trending themes and moments.
