Paid Social Associate Partner – Maternity Cover (12-month FTC)
Role Purpose
Overview of role:
The Paid Social Associate Partner is responsible for planning and activation across various Paid Social
platforms for a client or group of clients, ensuring effectiveness and helping to develop our
overarching Paid Social strategy.
Associate Partner:
An Associate Partner is a specialist activation position within a team and will often be the main point
of contact for the client. An Associate will be a self-sufficient, proactive person who will support the
Partner on the strategy of the function, they will be responsible for product activation, effectiveness
and analysis as well as quality assurance. An Associate Partner will be client facing and be
responsible for the performance for a client, channel or function.
Role Responsibilities
Strategy:
● Planning - forecasting and campaign planning.
● Testing - proactive testing and innovation ideas, planned on a roadmap.
● Integration - linking up with other products and disciplines, with Data & Creative products
deployed as solutions.
● Review - monthly and quarterly review meetings, with high quality presentations.
Deployment:
● Management - product personnel briefed, performing & motivated.
● Campaign - all activity deployed on time according to best practice.
● Performance - oversight, analysis, reaction & adaptation, with targets met.
● Communication - responding to queries & attending calls / meetings.
● Reporting - production, accuracy & commentary; punctual delivery, no errors, actionable
insights.
● Quality - auditing, pacing and general checks leading to error free activity.

Location: Manchester & Hybrid
Hours / Days: 5 days per week

Skills & Experience Required:
To be successful in this role:
● 3-6+ years of Paid Social media experience.
● A positive, flexible, can-do attitude.
● Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
● Self-motivated and proactive.
● Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
● Confidence in creating and editing compelling content.
Skills & Experience:
Must have:
● Significant hands-on experience in paid social media (and at a minimum within Meta), with an
understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
● A proven track record of successfully executing paid social media strategies for various clients
or organisations.
● Up-to-date industry knowledge.
● Experience with other social media advertising platforms, such as Tiktok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn,
Snapchat or Reddit.
● An advanced understanding of pixel implementation and CAPI (Conversion API)
● Experience with social media analytics tools and an understanding of media attribution.
● Experience working with Excel & Google Sheets.
● Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides.
● Experience working with data.
● Experience presenting and speaking to clients.
● Experience running DR and brand activity for clients.
Desirable:
● Meta Blueprint certification
● Experience with other social media advertising platforms like Pinterest, Snapchat, or TikTok.
● Experience with social media management tools like Hunch, Spirable or Smart.ly
● Experience running feed campaigns within social media platforms.
● Understanding of measurement lift studies within social media campaigns.
● Experience with influencer marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
