The Impact You’ll Have
This role is the heartbeat of our people operations. Within your first 6 months, you will have established yourself as a trusted partner to the business by:
Driving Recruitment Strategy: Defining and delivering a recruitment process that sources high-calibre, diverse talent while acting as a coach to hiring managers.
Leading Onboarding: Creating an immersive, frictionless onboarding journey that sets every new team member up for success from day one.
Mastering HR Ops: Managing our "co-intelligent" HR systems (BambooHR and TeamTailor), automating manual admin, and ensuring we remain effective and compliant.
Championing Wellbeing: Serving as a trusted point of contact, surfacing actionable insights on engagement and wellbeing to support our team’s growth.
